- 4 thick-cut slices dark rye sourdough, toasted
- 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese Onion & Chives
- 1 avocado, cut into slices
- 1 lemon, zest & juice
- 2 tbsp dukkha
- Salt & pepper, to season
Method
- Squeeze lemon juice over the avocado slices.
- Divide Bulla Cottage Cheese Onion & Chives evenly over the 4 slices of toast.
- Layer the avocado slices on top of the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle with dukkha and lemon zest.
- Season, to taste.
- Tip: This recipe is also delicious topped with a slice of prosciutto.
