Chocolate Popsicles

These are a fun snack made with healthy ingredients and great for the kids! This brilliant recipe is so easy to make, but it looks like you’ve gone to so much trouble. Popsicles can be made in different-shaped moulds for after-dinner treats or fun treats at your next family party. If you’re feeling a little adventurous, add some orange or peppermint extract or berries into the mix.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup nut butter
  • 60mL additive-free coconut milk or coconut water
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp stevia powder or sweetener of choice
  • 4 iceblock (popsicle) moulds & sticks

Method


  • Whizz all ingredients in food processor to combine.
  • Pour into iceblock moulds and add sticks, then freeze until set.
