Ingredients
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice (use pea protein for vegan option)
- Toppings
- Pecans, roughly chopped
- Cacao nibs
- Nut butter
Method
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with pecans, cacao nibs and nut butter, or any of your favourite toppings.
- Note: This recipe can be simply changed up by adding any number of flavours such as coffee, mint, orange or nut butter.
