- 500g chicken wings
- 3pcs star anise
- 3pcs fragrant leaves
- 5g cinnamon
- 3pcs dried chilli
- 10g dried galangal
- 10g ginger
- 20g shallot
- 500g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Premium Deluxe
- Light Soy Sauce
- 50g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Kuangtung Mijiu
- 435g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Brown Sugar in Pieces
- 10g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Golden Label
- Chicken Powder
- 900mL water
Method
- Boil the chicken wings for 10 mins.
- Fry the other ingredients, add the seasoning and boil for 10 mins with low heat.
- Add the chicken wings into the sauce and braise for 20 mins, turn off and then leave the chicken wings to soak for 30 mins
