Cauliflower Mac & Cheese
Cauliflower Mac & Cheese
This delicious, creamy pasta dish is a healthy twist on an old-time favourite. Cauliflower is a sulphur-containing super vegetable that enhances liver detoxification. Cauliflowers are also an excellent source of vitamins C, E and K, needed by the body to strengthen the immune system, promote healthy blood clotting, and to improve cardiovascular and bone health.
