Cantonese Braised Pork
Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE (PRB) Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries.

Ingredients
- 500g marble pork, peeled
- 2 pcs star anise
- 2 pcs fragrant leaves
- 130g PRB Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
- 100g PRB Kwangtung Cooking Wine
- 86g sugar
- 3g peanut butter
- 400g water
Method
- Boil the pork for 15 mins.
- Fry the star anise and fragrant leaves in a pan, add all the seasoning materials.
- Add pork and braise for 45 mins on a low heat, then turn up the heat until the sauce is sticky.
