Breakfast Smoothie On-The-Go

Ingredients

  • ½ cup organic oats
  • 2-3 Medjool dates, pitted & sliced in half
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1½ cups cold water

Method


  • Add all ingredients, except for the water, to a blender cup and store in the fridge overnight.
  • When ready to blend, add the water and blitz until smooth
  • Drink straight away or place in suitable container to drink on the go.
