Breakfast Smoothie On-The-Go
Prep this smoothie the night before. It’s full of goodness to keep you going on a busy morning.

Ingredients
- ½ cup organic oats
- 2-3 Medjool dates, pitted & sliced in half
- 1 banana, sliced
- ½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 2 strawberries
- 1½ cups cold water
Method
- Add all ingredients, except for the water, to a blender cup and store in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to blend, add the water and blitz until smooth
- Drink straight away or place in suitable container to drink on the go.
