Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • Small handful baby spinach
  • 1 heaped tbsp almond butter
  • ½ cup calcium-enriched organic soy or almond milk
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 tsp chia or hemp seeds

Method


  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
