Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- Small handful baby spinach
- 1 heaped tbsp almond butter
- ½ cup calcium-enriched organic soy or almond milk
- ½ cup coconut water
- 2 tsp chia or hemp seeds
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
