Banana Kefir Smoothie Recipe
This healing kefir smoothie is packed with the goodness of bananas and myBrainCo.’s prebiotic-rich Gut Repair powder for a filling snack.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup plain milk kefir
- 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
- 1 spoonful (10g) myBrainCo. Gut Repair
Optional - ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
- ½ medium banana, sliced
- 1 tsp hemp, flax or chia seeds
- Mint leaves, to garnish
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth (approx. 1 min).
- Gradually add water until desired consistency.
- Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later.
