Ingredients
- ¼ tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Red chilli, sliced, to taste
- ½ tsp Niulife Coconut Sugar
- ½ tsp Niulife Vegan Fysh Sauce
- 1 tsp spring onion
- 200g mango cheeks, sliced
- Pearls 1 finger lime
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
Method
- In a small bowl combine ginger, lime juice, chilli, Niulife Coconut Sugar, Niulife Fysh Sauce and spring onion.
- Arrange the mango slices on a plate. Spoon on dressing, finger lime pearls and coconut cream.
