Ingredients

  • 150g apple purée, frozen *see note
  • 200g low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 200mL water or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¼-½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Method


  • Place the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz for 30 secs, until smooth. Drink immediately.
  • Note: I cook up a batch of apples and then portion them into freezer bags to use one at a time.
