Apple & Mint Frappe Recipe

This is an incredibly refreshing drink, especially in the warmer weather. It is also delicious made with pineapple or watermelon instead of apples. You’ll need a high-powered blender for this recipe.

Apple & Mint Frappe Recipe

This frappe recipe offers an incredibly refreshing drink, and you can easily swap the apples for pineapple or watermelon or whatever your tastebuds desire!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup water

Method


  • Add the fresh mint, chopped apples and lemon juice to a blender.
  • Blend into a paste, then add the ice cubes and water. Gently pulse to break up the ice cubes and then blend until you have a smooth frappe.
