- 500mL filtered water
- 130g Greek yoghurt
- 2.5cm piece of ginger, peeled & chopped
- ½ tsp cumin seeds or ground cumin
- Pinch Celtic sea salt
Method
- Whizz all ingredients in a blender until combined. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
