Ingredients

  • 500mL filtered water
  • 130g Greek yoghurt
  • 2.5cm piece of ginger, peeled & chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds or ground cumin
  • Pinch Celtic sea salt

Method


  • Whizz all ingredients in a blender until combined. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
