Bird dance

Nature as poetry

Bird Dance

have you seen the birds dance
as they sway as they sway
way way up high

have you seen the birds dance?

have you felt the moon glow
as it beams down below
warm the night in a glow

have you felt the moon glow?

have you heard the grass whisper
stalks fine spun like gold
as they grow old

have you heard the grass whisper?

have you smelled the fresh air
as it tickles your nose hair
soft gentle and fair

have you smelled the fresh air?

have you tasted the dew
cool wet droplets of blue
round soft colour hue

have you tasted the dew?
