- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 Medjool dates, remove pits
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop hemp protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Method
- Blend all ingredients in your food processor or blender.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
- Tip: Keep over-ripe peeled bananas in the freezer to use for smoothies. They make them extra creamy.
