Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1¼ cups raspberries
- 1 banana, peeled
- ½ cup strawberries
- 200 mL milk of choice
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.
- Tip: You can use frozen fruit, it doesn’t need to be fresh!
