Ingredients

  • 120g uncooked fusilli

  • Sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ cup cashew nuts
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 avocado, pitted & peeled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce

Method


  • Cook fusilli according to package then drain well.
  • In food processor, blend garlic, cashew nuts, basil leaves and olive oil until well combined.
  • In bowl, mash avocado with fork.
  • Stir in cashew-basil mixture, lemon juice and PRB superior Light Soy Sauce.
  • Add mixed sauce to fusilli, toss to coat then serve.
