Ingredients
- 250mL cashew milk
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 star anise (optional)
- ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger
- Pinch vanilla powder
- Pinch black pepper
- 6 drops liquid stevia (optional)
Method
- Heat cashew milk in small saucepan over medium heat for 2–3 mins or until just warmed. Add spices, ginger, vanilla and pepper, then stir to remove any lumps.
- Remove from heat and pour through fine sieve to remove grated ginger. Add stevia and enjoy warm.
