Scotland is well known for its high-quality Black Angus, and the Scots for their love of a hearty stew and fine whisky, so I’ve combined all three. We have fantastic-quality Black Angus in Australia and with winter’s chill on our doorstep, this is a perfect hearty dinner.

Banana & Walnut Muffins

A muffin is always great for an energy-boosting snack. And they are so easy to grab-and-go when you need to get out the door quickly. You can freeze these muffins for a couple of months, too. Make sure they are tightly wrapped in cling wrap so they don’t get frost-bitten.
