Fried Mixed Noodle
Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce or add it to stir-fries and marinades for an extra flavour infusion

Ingredients
- 100g PRB Restaurant Noodles
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 15g sliced chilli
- 30g onion, sliced
- 15g carrot, sliced
- 30g ham, sliced
- 1 tbsp PRB Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp PRB Superior Dark Soy Sauce
- ½ PRB Sesame Oil
- Pinch salt
- Sugar
Method
- Soak the noodles in hot water for 10 mins.
- Add the eggs, chilli, onion, carrot and ham to a frying pan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- To make the sauce, add all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Add the soaked noodles and sauce to the pan with the egg mixture and stir well.
- Remove from the heat and serve.
