Ingredients
- ½ cup organic natural or coconut yoghurt
- 1½ cups almond or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chia seeds
- Granola
- Fresh fruit (berries, mango, banana, nectarine, pear, kiwi, grapes, papaya)
- Almond and coconut flakes
- Raspberry or mango purée — 1 cup raspberries or mango blended with 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Method
- In a medium bowl, whisk together yoghurt, milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Stir through chia seeds. Let it sit for 5 mins and then give it another good stir.
- Spoon into 4 jars and put in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning top with desired toppings.
