White Chocolate & Macadamia Nut Traybake
This cake is always a big hit. It makes fantastic muffins too. You don’t have to drizzle over the chocolate if you prefer not to — it’s just as delicious without it.

Ingredients
- 3 cups self-raising flour

- 1¼ cups white chocolate, chopped
- 100g butter, melted
- 1¼ cups milk

Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Place all ingredients into a large bowl and gently mix until they come together.
- Pour into a 30cm x 22cm tray and bake for 35–40 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
