This pulled pork is one of my go-to busy-day recipes. It cooks in the slow cooker with minimal effort; it’s super versatile and legit delicious.

  • Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper and place it in the slow cooker.
  • Pour 1 cup of sauce over it.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours.
  • Use 2 forks to shred the pork and mix the sauce through it
  • If you want to add extra sauce, just drizzle it over and mix it through.

  • Note: The leftover sauce can be stored in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
