Superfood Salad with Apple & Pine Nuts

Superfood Salad with Apple & Pine Nuts

By: Danielle Minnebo

I’ve combined some of my favourite everyday superfoods into one big salad. Baby romaine lettuce leaves form the base of this salad. Romaine lettuce is also known as cos lettuce and is packed with nutrition. It is a source of vitamin K, potassium, vitamin C and vitamin A.
