- 1 That’s Amore Stella Alpina
- 60g walnuts, chopped & toasted
- 2 tbsp rosemary, chopped
- 4 tbsp honey
- Salt
- Crackers
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the top of rind off the Stella Alpina, then place into a small baking dish. Drizzle with honey and bake for 25 mins, or until soft and gooey.
- Meanwhile, place the walnuts in a skillet and toast over medium heat. Set aside and mix with rosemary.
- Remove the Stella Alpina from the oven and add the walnut and rosemary mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle with a generous pinch of salt and serve with your choice of crackers.
