Ingredients

  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup plain milk kefir
  • 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
  • 1 spoonful (10g) myBrainCo. Gut Repair

    Optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp hemp, flax or chia seeds
  • Mint leaves, to garnish

Method


  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth (approx. 1 min).
  • Gradually add water until desired consistency.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later.
