Made with summer fruits and Stoney Creek Flaxseed Oil, this replenishing superfood milkshake is the ultimate way to start the day.

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Stoney Creek Organic Flaxseed Oil
- 1 cup fresh fruit pieces (bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or apricots)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
- Crushed ice
- Sprig fresh mint or lemon thyme, to garnish
Method
- Blend all milkshake ingredients together in a processor until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with extra fresh fruit pieces and mint or lemon thyme to serve.
