Ingredients

  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 Medjool dates, remove pits
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop hemp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Method


  • Blend all ingredients in your food processor or blender.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
  • Tip: Keep over-ripe peeled bananas in the freezer to use for smoothies. They make them extra creamy.
