Ingredients
- 3 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground fenugreek
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine well.
- Store in a sealed glass jar. Spice mix will keep in your pantry for up to 6 months.
