- ¼ avocado, peeled & pitted
- ½ cup berries
- ⅓ cup almond or coconut milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 scoop Ultimate Gut Cleanse powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 10 almonds
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add additional avocado if you prefer it creamier. Serve.
