Ingredients
- 1½ cup rolled oats
- 250mL Procal Full Cream Milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 apple, grated
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ½ tsp orange rind, grated
- 200g Procal Greek Yoghurt
- 200g blueberries
- 200g strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp walnuts, roughly chopped
Method
- Combine oats, milk, pumpkin seeds, apple and orange juice in bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir orange rind and Greek yoghurt through muesli.
- Top with blueberries, strawberries and walnuts to serve.
