Stoney Creek Pyrenees Shiraz Grapeseed Oil
The Pyrenees wine region in central/western Victoria is recognised for minimal chemical inputs to its vineyards. Only quality seed is selected for drying and crushing, resulting in a full-bodied, flavoursome culinary oil – great for dipping or for use in salad dressings or marinades. Its high smoke point (230 degrees C) also makes it ideal for pan-searing meats.
