Tofu and Broccolini Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3cm piece ginger, grated
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil, for cooking
  • 1 bunch broccolini, sliced through middle
  • 6 spring onions, cut in half & sliced down middle
  • 300g extra firm tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method


  • Combine tamari, honey, garlic, ginger and pepper in small bowl and set aside.
  • Head frypan or wok over medium–high heat and add oil, broccolini and spring onion. Stir-fry for about 2 mins.
  • Add tofu and sauce and gently stir-fry until tofu is warmed through.
  • Divide between bowls and top with chilli and sesame seeds.
