It’s packed full of tropical ingredients and fresh fruits so you can eat it in the comfort of your own Home and feel like you’re sitting on a tropical island, with your feet up, watching the waves crash on the shore.

Holiday-Style Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie bowl is packed full of tropical ingredients and will make you feel like you’re sitting on a tropical island!

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup chopped spinach (can use frozen)
- 1 firm ripe avocado, peeled & pitted
- 1½ cups coconut water or milk
- 6 drops liquid stevia or sweetener of choice (optional)

- Toppings
- Fresh berries
- Avocado slices
- Flax or chia seeds
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
Method
- Add all smoothie ingredients to blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more milk to thin if necessary.
- Divide between 2 serving bowls and top with choice of toppings.
