It’s packed full of tropical ingredients and fresh fruits so you can eat it in the comfort of your own Home and feel like you’re sitting on a tropical island, with your feet up, watching the waves crash on the shore.

Holiday-Style Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is packed full of tropical ingredients and will make you feel like you’re sitting on a tropical island!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup chopped spinach (can use frozen)
  • 1 firm ripe avocado, peeled & pitted
  • 1½ cups coconut water or milk
  • 6 drops liquid stevia or sweetener of choice (optional)

  • Toppings
  • Fresh berries
  • Avocado slices
  • Flax or chia seeds
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes

Method


  • Add all smoothie ingredients to blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more milk to thin if necessary.
  • Divide between 2 serving bowls and top with choice of toppings.
