Ingredients

  • Large serving board
  • 2–3 varieties of Tucker’s Natural crackers
  • 2–4 varieties of Tucker’s Natural Fruit Paste
  • 3–4 cheese varieties
  • Fresh vegetables/fruit/herbs/pickles, sliced or chopped, for serving
  • Friends
  • Wine

Method


  • Select interesting board or plate for serving, large enough to accommodate all elements.
  • Arrange variety of Tucker’s Natural crackers along one side of board.
  • Add Tucker’s Natural Fruit Paste: fruit paste adds sophisticated sweetness to cut through cheese and complement crackers. Scoop fruit paste into separate dishes for easy serving. Place opposite crackers on board.
  • Match with cheese: arrange cheeses in centre of board. A good combination of cheeses is something old, something new, something goat and something blue.
  • Something fresh to finish: add fresh elements to balance out your platter and cleanse the palate. Place fresh vegetables/fruit/herbs/pickles in remaining gaps on board.
  • Share with friends: add glass of vino and share #CrackerUp platter with friends.
