- Bruschetta toasts
- 1 Chris’ Heritage Vintage Cheddar & Caramelised Onion Dip
- 2 packets smoked salmon (1 packet to serve)
- 2–3 cucumbers, sliced (extra to serve)
- 1 bunch lemon thyme, chopped
- 1 bunch chives, chopped

- 100g prosciutto
- Kalamata Olive Ciabatta Bread Rolls
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 1 packet Easter eggs
- 1 packet wafer crackers
- 1 wheel Camembert cheese
- 2 figs
- 1 packet gourmet crackers
- 1 Chris’ Heritage Smoked Gouda & Roasted Almond Dip
- 1 Chris’ Heritage Blue Cheese, Fig & Pistachio Dip
- 1 Chris’ Heritage Goats Cheese & Black Truffle Dip
Method
- To make Salmon Canapes, place bruschetta toasts on serving platter and top each with generous amount of Chris’ Heritage Vintage Cheddar & Caramelised Onion Dip.
- Carefully place piece smoked salmon, cucumber and chopped lemon thyme and chives on each canapé and serve.
- Arrange remaining ingredients on serving plates and bowls.
