Orange and Sultana Overnight Oats
This tasty breakfast is so simple to make and provides your kids with plenty of dietary fibre and slow-release complex carbs to support their digestive health and to supply them with energy for their busy day ahead. Oranges are a rich source of immune-boosting vitamin C, and yoghurt is full of probiotic goodness, which promotes better digestion and immunity.

Orange and Sultana Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole oats
- Juice 2 oranges
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sultanas
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup natural yoghurt
Method
- Place oats, orange juice, cinnamon, sultanas and seeds in container, stir and leave in fridge overnight.
- Next morning stir through yoghurt and top with seeds, then serve.
