Make Your Own Muesli

2 cups rolled oats, toasted or raw
1 cup chopped almonds, toasted or raw
1 cup shredded coconut
2 cups bran flakes, toasted
1 cup linseed, sunflower & almond meal
1 cup puffed rice
1 cup sultanas
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 cup dried paw paw, chopped
1 cup sesame seeds, toasted
1 cup millet flakes

 

Mix muesli ingredients together and store in an air-tight container. Can be eaten with various milks, yoghurts, juices or dry. Serves at least 4.
