Dindi Desert Wood 100% Natural Perfume

Since choosing to live a natural, toxin-free life, my senses have really started to refine themselves. Now, I can taste and smell synthetic fragrances and other nasties in the air – to the point that it’s almost unbearable. I can no longer wear standard perfumes but, thankfully, I can cover myself in Dindi’s stunning Desert Wood 100% Natural Perfume without a problem. Made with beautiful sandalwood, rose and frankincense and other precious botanicals, the natural perfume smells delicious and is vegan and cruelty-free. Plus, a few sprays in the morning will last the whole day!

Evodia Beach fragrance Mist

I have fallen for Evodia’s fragrance mists and I have them dotted around my house. I have used them every day since trying them for the first time. See? Fallen! Evodia have a genuine talent for taking the small moments like the first sea dive of the season, and capturing it in a sophisticated, lasting fragrance. This scent, in particular is fresh and soft with marine notes, musk, sandalwood and natural mandarin. Simply spray it gently onto your pulse points, close your eyes and imagine taking breath after an invigorating dive under the waves and imagine the sun warming the salt water on your face. It’s heaven in a bottle.

I love that Evodia is inspired by the optimism of the Australian way of life and our amazing landscapes. Their fragrances invite you to experience and indulge in the beauty of this country from the comfort of your own home. Or, if you’re like me and use a roll-on fragrance, you can take it with you! I have loved carrying this fragrance around with me in my wallet, or hand-bag, for little touchups throughout the day. Not only is it convenient but it smells delicious. And not only does it smell delicious, but the smell lasts for a long time, which is exactly what you want in a fragrance.

Evodia Garden Fragrance Roll On

I love perfume, but I don’t wear it that often. I spritz a little some mornings and then forget the next day. Also, some fragrances can be too strong for my sensitive sense of smell. I don’t like when I can smell alcohol or chemicals and so often opt to go without, or simply dab some essential oils on my pulse points. Enter Evodia’s roll-on fragrance range. This little beauty has not left my wallet since I first tried it, for fear that my sister would find it and steal it. I not only apply some in the morning but I reapply onto my wrists and neck after lunch and again if I am going out in the evening. The smell is bright and floral, which I love, and contains one of my all-time favourite smells: rose. It also has notes of uplifting citrus, geranium and natural patchouli.

Evodia Outback Fragrance Mist

Evodia’s Outback Fragrance Mist took me a little bit of time to love, but before long, I was craving this scent the most. It is a warm, earthy and sensual fragrance that really ignites the senses. It is exotic and lively with notes of amber, bergamot and natural patchouli. I found this fragrance suited me best on my weekends away from my desk. It is so earthy and grounding that I found myself almost lulled into a sleepy bliss rather than alert and invigorated like the other fragrances they offer. Spray this one on your pulse points, breathe deep and stay calm. A truly magical concoction of smells!

I don’t wear a lot of perfume, but I have fallen for Evodia’s fragrances. I have them dotted around my house – in my bedroom, bathroom, hand bag – and have used them every day since trying them for the first time. Evodia have a genuine talent for taking the small moments like a forest hike or a beach swim, and capturing it in a subtle, lasting fragrance. This fragrance, in particular, is fresh, invigorating and uplifting, just like a hike through a thriving rainforest. This one in particular is woody, fresh and bright – a great everyday perfume to settle the nerves and uplift the spirit. Just spritz it onto your pulse points, close your eyes, and imagine hearing the crunch of the leaves underfoot as the dappled sunlight shines down through the canopy to you. Bliss.

Evodia Rainforest Fragrance Roll On

I love that Evodia’s scents evoke stunning places and special memories. They transport you. What they’re roll-on range do so beautifully, however, is gently awaken you to the story they are telling. Each morning and throughout the day I gently roll some of the fragrance onto my wrists, collarbone and just below my ears. This is a scent that softly lingers and gently pulls me back up into my consciousness when I drift away into the rabbit-hole of work. It’s lovely and you should definitely try it.

One Seed Dreamer Organic Eau De Parfum

Every single One Seed fragrance is beautifully presented. The stunning packaging begins to tell the story of the scent inside before you’ve even had a chance to breathe it in. One Seed’s Dreamer perfume, complete with an Emily Dickinson quote on the bottle, is syrupy and warming yet subtle and soft. Citrus notes of orange blossom and tangerine instantly dazzle the senses, while sweet and buttery stone fruits linger all day long. I spritzed this scent onto my décolletage and pulse points (wrists, behind my ears) and I could smell it swirling around me for hours after applying. This perfume is magical and full of sweet tangerine dreams. Breathe it in.

Now, I can taste and smell synthetic fragrances and other nasties in the air – it’s almost unbearable. This extends to my perfume use; no longer can I wear standard perfumes. Thankfully, Sonia Orts have released the most beautiful collection of natural perfumes, all free from heavy metals, synthetic fragrances, petro-chemicals, PEGs and synthetic preservatives. Plus, her organic alchemic perfumes smell absolutely divine!

Sonia Orts No. 5

Sonia Orts’ natural and organic fragrances are made using an ancient alchemical process called “spagyrics” which involves fermentation, extraction and distillation. Using herbs and plants in this way means that they last longer and are more natural for the body. Sonia Orts no 5 is a luxurious, toxin-free perfume that, when spritzed onto my throat/thyroid gland area, I don’t feel worried that it’s doing me any harm. Not only is it free from heavy metals, synthetic fragrances, petro-chemicals, PEGs and synthetic preservatives, it smells delicious and is such a long-lasting dream to wear.

One Seed multi purpose elixir (rose petal)

The One Seed Multipurpose Elixir is a potent blend of superior plant oils, such as avocado, pomegranate and sea buckthorn. This product was intensely moisturizing and nourishing for my skin and the smell was incredibly romantic and pretty. It is designed to offer a nourishing boost of multivitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and antioxidants to the skin and it definitely delivered. After dry body brushing I applied this elixir all over my body before hopping in a hot shower. I then followed with more of the elixir and enjoyed skin that was soft like velvet and glowing all over. I added a few drops to a hot bath one evening and enjoyed the extra boost it gave my skin. If you apply a few dabs on your decolletage, it makes a great base for your favourite One Seed perfume as well.
