The Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SITCM) has been producing industry-ready practitioners in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Australia since 1984.
The Institute was established to promote the growth and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) within our community and the health profession by providing accredited courses of the highest standards.
Amongst the TCM courses we offer, our Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine course is approved by the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (CMBA) for practitioner registration in all three divisions: Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Chinese Herbal Dispensing. Our highly qualified teaching staff, many of them enjoying widespread recognition as leaders in their field, thrive on the challenge of providing scholarly education services that are evidence-based, academically rigorous and integrative of theory and practice.
