Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-raising flour

  • 1¼ cups white chocolate, chopped
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 1¼ cups milk

Method


  • Preheat oven to 190°C.
  • Place all ingredients into a large bowl and gently mix until they come together.
  • Pour into a 30cm x 22cm tray and bake for 35–40 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
