Ingredients

  • ½ cup VGood PeaNOT Butter Crunchy
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup flaxseed meal
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup mixed seeds (pepitas, sunflower)
  • ½ cup cranberries or sultanas
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ cup water
  • To Roll
  • Shredded coconut
  • Cacao powder

Method


  • Place all ingredients except the water into a food processor and blend until combined.
  • Slowly add the water with motor running until mixture holds together (you may need more or less of the water so work slowly).
  • Once the mixture holds together, roll heaped tablespoons into balls, then roll in shredded coconut or cacao powder if desired.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 7 days.
