Ingredients
- 1 packet of CORN THINS slices
- 1 large peeled & boiled potato
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 large peeled & boiled carrot
- 2 cups unsweetened calcium-fortified soy milk
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
Method
- Blend ingredients in a blender until a smooth consistency has been created.
- Place into a bowl.
- Serve with CORN THINS slices for that delicious popcorn taste with the cheese-like dip.
