Fresh and summery, this tomato salad is perfect for the festive season! Feel free to leave the chilli out if you prefer this salad to not be too spicy.

Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 telegraph cucumber, peeled & chopped
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp white-wine vinegar
- 200g feta, crumbled
- 1 long red chilli, seeded & diced (optional)
Method
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss well to combine.
- Serve with Serbian Cheese Rolls.
