I love this stir-fry because it’s so fast and full of flavour! Plus, you can add any ingredients you desire on the day. I love substituting chicken for tofu and throwing in a handful of crisp snow peas.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3cm piece ginger, grated
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp oil, for cooking
- 1 bunch broccolini, sliced through middle
- 6 spring onions, cut in half & sliced down middle
- 300g extra firm tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
- Combine tamari, honey, garlic, ginger and pepper in small bowl and set aside.
- Head frypan or wok over medium–high heat and add oil, broccolini and spring onion. Stir-fry for about 2 mins.
- Add tofu and sauce and gently stir-fry until tofu is warmed through.
- Divide between bowls and top with chilli and sesame seeds.
