Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1–2 tsp Activated Nutrients Top Up Women’s Multivitamin+

Method


  • Place the raspberries, chia seeds and water in a small pot and bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens slightly.
  • Remove from the heat and sweeten to taste with maple syrup.
  • Allow to cool completely and stir in the Activated Nutrients Top Up Women’s Multivitamin+
  • Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
