Tamari Mushroom & Beef Stir-Fry Recipe

Spare your wallet and your health by avoiding packaged stir-fry sauces at all costs. These “convenience foods” are devoid of nutrition and almost al-ways filled with questionable additives and refined ingredients, despite any “100 per cent preservative-free” claims. It’s also very easy to make your own with wholefood ingredients. This recipe is wonderful served over lentils or brown rice.
