This seed bar is packed with wholesome nutrition. Nestled between savoury and sweet, the bars can be eaten any time of day to give your body a lift. For a sweeter version, add a little honey when blending.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 dates, pitted
- Pinch salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp walnuts
Method
- In food processor blend banana, tahini, peanut butter, dates, salt and cinnamon to a paste. Add remaining ingredients and pulse for 1 min.
- Pour mixture into rectangular plastic container or baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Freeze overnight.
- Remove from freezer and cut into bars, then transfer to fridge.
- Bars will last for 1 week in fridge.
