Tahini Cumin Dressing Recipe

This is my Middle-Eastern-inspired dressing which I use on anything from salads to roasted vegetables; it’s especially good on roasted cauliflower. I’ll keep a jar of this in the fridge and use it throughout the week.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 80g hulled white tahini
  • 90mL extra-virgin olive oil
  • 75mL lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • ½ clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Method

  • Add all ingredients to glass jar, put lid on and give it a good shake. Make sure you shake it until honey has completely broken up and combined with other ingredients.
  • Place in fridge to allow it to thicken slightly then use as dressing on salad greens or roasted cauliflower.
