Ingredients
- 6 x mini tortilla wraps
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 x packet Plantein Sweet Chilli Tenders
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup carrot, finely sliced
- ¼ tsp white vinegar
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- ½ cup celery, finely sliced
- ½ cup beetroot, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp capers
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove tenders from packaging and place onto a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 10-15 mins or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, for the sauce, add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.
- When ready to serve, assemble each tortilla with a selection of chopped veggies, tenders, and drizzle generously with Caesar dressing. Enjoy!
